These terms apply when you play Chai Tycoon, a game made by Vedonix. By installing or playing the game, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play.

Who can play

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play and to make purchases.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game on your own devices for non-commercial use. The game, its art, music, text and code belong to Vedonix. You may not copy, sell or reverse engineer them.

Your account

You start as a guest, and your progress is tied to your phone. If you do not link Google, we cannot restore your progress after you uninstall the game or change phones. A linked mobile number is for your profile only and cannot restore progress.

You can sign out or delete your account in the game. The Privacy Policy explains how deletion works.

Coins and gems

Coins, gems and everything you unlock with them are virtual items for use in the game. They have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to another account. We may change how they are earned, priced or used as we balance the game.

Purchases and refunds

Purchases are made through Google Play and are also subject to Google Play's terms. Prices are shown before you pay. Items are added to your account after our server confirms the purchase, which needs an internet connection.

Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the gems it gave you. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law.

Ads

The game shows optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob. Rewards have limits, and an ad may not always be available.

Fair play

Do not cheat, modify the game, exploit bugs, tamper with purchases or disrupt our servers. We may remove items gained this way, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of the game at any time. Some updates may be required before you can keep playing. Purchases, cloud saves and login need an internet connection and may sometimes be unavailable.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always work or be free of errors, and progress may occasionally be lost. To the extent the law allows, Vedonix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the game. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
