Thank you for visiting Vedonix. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, we have simplified our return, exchange, and cancellation process. Please review the guidelines below carefully.

Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product shows signs of use or is returned in poor condition, a refund will not be provided.

You can start a return by contacting us using the details provided below. Reverse shipment charges of ₹200 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items in that order. Pick-up will be attempted twice; if unsuccessful, you'll need to ship the item to the company address provided in the acknowledgment email. Please note that reverse pick-up service is subject to availability in your pin code area.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed. For prepaid orders, we will reverse the payment to your original payment method. 

Damaged Product, Missing Items, or Incorrect Order

If your product is damaged, missing, or incorrect upon delivery, please inspect it and notify us within 48 hours. To file a claim, you must provide a 360-degree unboxing video of the package, along with images of the product and packaging. Without this video, a replacement will not be provided. For defective or wrong items, we will arrange a reverse pick-up.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the item according to the guidelines above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item. During the return process, ensure that the product, instructions, documents, and packaging are kept in good condition.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be notified about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.

For prepaid orders made through our website, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items purchased during Buy 1 Get 1 Free or similar promotional sales are not eligible for returns.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible until your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has already been dispatched, the reverse shipment charges will apply according to the terms mentioned above.

Warranty

Our Fast Charging Solutions come with a  3 month warranty and customer support. To activate the warranty, you must register the product within 7 days of receiving it. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, transit damage, and device compatibility issues. If a product replacement is needed, a ₹230 fee will be charged to cover the reverse shipment and new product shipping costs.
