Standard Shipping Information
We prioritize efficiency and affordability in shipping, offering trusted services through carriers like Bluedart, Ecom Express, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and India Post. Depending on your order’s weight and size, we select the most suitable carrier to ensure reliable delivery. Our main warehouse, located in Delhi, enables us to fulfill orders promptly and with care.
Typically, deliveries across India are made within 8-12 business days, with an additional day for order processing. Here’s a quick regional estimate:
- North India: 8-12 business days
- North East: 8-12 business days
- South India: 8-12 business days
- West India: 8-12 business days
Please note, international shipping is currently unavailable.
From Warehouse to Your Doorstep
After you place an order, our team processes and prepares it for shipping within 48 hours (often as quickly as 12 hours). Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to update, but rest assured, we’re doing our best to get your order on its way.
Misplaced your tracking link? Simply log into your account to view your order status, or use the "Track Order" option in your order confirmation email.
Free Shipping
To make your shopping even sweeter, we offer free shipping on orders over ₹1000 for accessories. If your order is under ₹1000, consider adding more items to unlock this benefit. Please note, free shipping is not available for larger packages due to increased costs associated with dimensional weight.
Damaged Delivery Policy
In the rare instance of damage during transit, we’re here to help. If you see visible damage on the package, please reject the delivery and notify us through chat or email. For claims of damaged items, video proof of the unboxing is required to process a refund or replacement.
Important Information
To avoid any delays, double-check your address details at checkout. Vedonix cannot be responsible for packages with incomplete or incorrect addresses, and any reshipping costs will be billed to the customer. Additionally, customers are responsible for any applicable state taxes, duties, or fees that may apply upon arrival.
